Everything youneed to know.
Answers to the most common questions about Creataly — from how the platform works to pricing, security, and getting started.
General
What Creataly is, who it is for, and how it fits into the creator economy.
Creataly is the AI-powered operating system built for the creator economy. It replaces spreadsheets, generic CRMs, and disconnected tools with one platform for managing rosters, tracking deals, running campaigns, scheduling content, processing payments, and measuring performance.
Creataly serves three audiences: creator and talent agencies managing rosters of creators, brands running influencer campaigns, and individual creators who want professional tools for deals, scheduling, and payments without needing an agency.
Salesforce and HubSpot are broad CRMs designed for general sales pipelines. Creataly is purpose-built for creator-business operations, so roster data, deal terms, campaign approvals, content scheduling, payments, and insights are designed to work together from the start rather than requiring custom configuration.
Spreadsheets can list creators and deals, but they break down when approvals, contracts, invoices, payouts, deadlines, and reporting need to stay connected. Creataly keeps those moving parts in one operating system so nothing falls through the cracks.
Creataly is in pre-launch and currently onboarding early access users in waves. You can join the waitlist to get priority access and help shape the product with your feedback before general availability.
No. Creataly is modular, so solo creators can start with Scheduler, Insights, and Pay, while growing agencies can use all six modules. The platform scales from individual creators to teams of 26 or more.
Modules and features
How the six modules work individually and together.
Roster (creator profiles, social data, segments, and contracts), Deals (pipeline stages, deliverables, payment terms, and usage rights), Campaigns (briefs, creator assignments, approvals, and reporting), Scheduler (content calendar, approval flow, and multi-platform publishing), Pay (invoices, payouts, commissions, and accounting sync), and Insights (campaign ROI, engagement benchmarks, creator scorecards, and reports).
No. You can start with a single module or any combination. Each module works on its own, but they share context when used together, so data flows from roster to payout without copy-pasting between tools.
All six modules share one operating context. Creator profiles from Roster carry into Deals, deal terms flow into Campaigns, campaign deliverables feed into Scheduler, approved content triggers Pay, and everything rolls up into Insights. You never rebuild the same information in a different tool.
Creataly supports Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for content scheduling and publishing, with social data sync across platforms for roster profiles and audience insights.
Yes. Creataly supports roster imports from existing spreadsheets and tools, then organises creators into structured profiles with rates, notes, segments, and campaign history.
Creataly uses a three-stage approval workflow: the creator submits a draft, the agency reviews it, and the brand gives final sign-off. Each stage tracks version history, feedback, and status so nothing gets lost between reviews.
Yes. The Deals module includes contract templates, e-signatures, clause libraries, version history, and usage rights tracking with duration, territory, exclusivity, and expiry alerts.
The Pay module generates invoices from deal terms, tracks pending, approved, and paid status, supports batch payouts with multi-currency, calculates agency commission, and syncs with accounting tools.
AI and automation
How AI works inside Creataly and how your data is handled.
Creataly uses AI to support work already happening across your modules. It can draft campaign briefs, create image concepts, summarise deal context, generate roster bios from social profiles, surface next steps, and keep information connected across all six modules.
AI features span every module: campaign content and brief generation, image creation, workflow summaries, deal context summaries, roster insights, outreach email drafts, contract clause generation, performance summaries, and next-step suggestions.
No. Creataly does not use customer workspace data to train public AI models. Data handling, retention, and AI provider terms are reviewed during onboarding before production use.
Yes. Every module is AI-ready. You can describe what you need and Creataly writes the brief, the bio, the payment reminder, the contract clause, or the performance summary in seconds.
Pricing and plans
How pricing works, what bundles are available, and what is included.
Creataly offers modular pricing so you only pay for the modules you use. Individual modules range from £19 to £249 per month depending on the module and tier. Bundles are available for agencies (£499/mo, all 6 modules), brands (£279/mo, 3 modules), and creators (£99/mo, 3 modules) with savings over buying modules separately.
Three bundles: the Agency bundle (£499/mo) includes all six modules and 5 seats, the Brand bundle (£279/mo) includes Campaigns, Deals, and Insights with 3 seats, and the Creator bundle (£99/mo) includes Scheduler, Insights, and Pay with 1 seat.
Yes. You can add or remove modules at any time and your subscription adjusts immediately. There is no lock-in to a specific module combination.
Yes. Creataly offers a 7-day free trial for any bundle or individual module. No credit card is required to start your trial.
No. The Pay module is a flat monthly fee. Creataly never takes a cut of your deals, payments, or creator payouts.
Each module offers three tiers: Starter (limited volume, 1 seat), Growth (higher volume, 3 seats), and Scale (unlimited volume, unlimited seats). Bundles include seats and all modules at the Growth tier level.

Security and data
How Creataly handles your data, privacy, and access control.
Creataly is built with controlled access, role-based workflows, and secure handling for sensitive creator, deal, campaign, invoice, and payment information. Detailed security practices are reviewed during onboarding.
Access is controlled through role-based permissions. You decide who on your team can view, edit, or approve across each module. Brand partners and creators can be given scoped access to relevant campaigns without seeing your full workspace.
Data storage, residency, and retention details are covered during onboarding and can be tailored to your organisation's compliance requirements.
Yes. Creataly supports PDF and CSV exports across modules for reports, invoices, roster data, and campaign performance. You always own your data.
