This is the current, effective version of this document and governs your use of Creataly's website and platform. When we make material changes, we update the date shown above and, where appropriate, notify you.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences, maintain authenticated sessions, and measure how visitors use the service. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixels.
2. How we use cookies
- Keep you signed into your Creataly workspace and protect your session.
- Remember preferences such as currency, language, and consent choices.
- Understand which pages and modules are useful so we can improve them.
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Serve relevant ads to people who have previously visited Creataly.
3. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site and platform to function and cannot be switched off in our systems.

Advertising and marketing cookies
These cookies measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and let us show relevant ads to people who have visited the site. They are only set when you give consent.

Google Analytics and Google Ads help us measure site performance, attribute campaigns, and improve relevant advertising where those services are enabled and you have given consent.
Third-party embeds
Some pages include third-party embeds that may set their own cookies. For example, our demo page embeds Calendly so you can book a call; Calendly sets the cookies it needs to run the scheduler and prevent abuse. Please see Calendly's own privacy notice for details.
4. Google services
We use Google Tag Manager to deploy Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google may use the data collected through these tags to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Managing your cookie preferences
- Use the Creataly cookie banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
- If you are a US resident, rejecting advertising cookies also acts as your opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising under state privacy laws.
- Adjust the cookie settings in your browser to block or delete cookies.
- Use Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com to manage Google ad personalisation.
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
- Use the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out portal at optout.networkadvertising.org to manage advertising cookies more broadly.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing checkout.
6. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our use of cookies changes. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the cookie banner.
